Online-Stopwatch是一个提供简单实用的在线计时服务的网站。Online-Stopwatch提供的服务主要分为两类，一类是正常的以秒计的“Stop Watch”功能，另外一类是“Count Down”功能，也就是设定好时间，然后定时计时的功能(如下图)。
此外，Online-Stopwatch还提供了单机版的Flash计时工具，你可以到这里下载（提供了可在XP和Mac下运行的两个版本）。 Online-Stopwatch还提供了Gadget功能，你可以将此Gadget加入到Google桌面，Live主页，Vista Sidebar上面。
Online-Stopwatch提供的功能比较简单，不过个人认为还是挺实用的，单机版的Flash程序也很不错。
